NOTE: ALL ANIMAL ENTRIES require a valid Premise ID be provided for any animal brought on county grounds. This information must be provided during the Fair Entry process. For more information about obtaining a Premise ID, see this link below.

Exhibitor Information-2024
We will be accepting camping forms effective March 1, 2025.
Submit your camping form and payment - sites will be assigned on a first come first served basis. The camping spots fill up quickly be sure to promptly submit your form once they become available.

NOTE: These PDF forms need to be completed and submitted by June 15th if you are showing horses at the fair!
Open Class Non-Animal Entry for ALL departments is from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM in the Exhibit Building.
Open Class Judging for ALL departments is at 1:30 PM in the Exhibit Building.
Junior Class Face to Face Judging for all non-animal departments is from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Exhibit Building.
Beef check in is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in the Show Barn by appointment.
Poultry, Sheep, Swine, Goat Check in is from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Small Animal Building and Livestock Buildings.
Sheep, Swine, and Goat Weigh in is at 7:00 PM-8:00 PM in the Livestock Building.
Beef Check In and weigh in is from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM in the Show Barn and by the wash rack.
Rabbit Weigh In is from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM in the Small Animal Building.
Poultry Weigh In is from 11:30 - 11:45 AM in the Small Animal Building.
Dairy Check In is after 12:00 PM in the Round Barn.
Horse Check In is from 1:00 - 3:00 PM in the Horse Barns.
